Another outstanding visit for dental treatment by Dr Lisa Wild, this time for a filling. As well as dealing expertly with the filling, Dr Wild has an excellent 'chairside' manner, getting you relaxed & getting you in the best positions for the treatment to be carried out, as well as always checking that you are comfortable. Nurse Katie too was an expert assistant, ready to pass on necessary equipment for the filling to be done, plus providing exactly what was needed for rinsing the mouth at the end, knowing I had still got a numb right-hand side of the mouth from the injection ahead of the filling being done. I have no hesitation in highly recommending both of them.

As someone who really hated the dentist, I’ve quite honestly felt so at ease with this practice. Really lovely staff, very helpful. I’ve seen 2 different dentists so far and both have been really great. They do an excellent job at listening to you, not feeling like you’re being rushed and really focusing on how I wanted to proceed, taking my wishes into consideration. Dr Safiyah & nurse Anna were particularly comforting and very efficient. Almost looking forward to my next appointment!

I’ve had a consistently excellent experience with the team at Sutton Smile Centre. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, which immediately puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. My dentist has been absolutely superb throughout every appointment. He is always gentle, patient, and reassuring during procedures. He explains everything clearly step by step, which really helps reduce any nerves or anxiety. I especially appreciate how attentive he is at making sure you are comfortable at all times. The aftercare advice and recommendations have also been fantastic. I’ve been given clear guidance on maintaining my dental health, along with practical tips that have genuinely helped. I would highly recommend Smile Centre to anyone looking for a professional, caring dental practice, with a high standard of service.

First time back at this practice and had an emergency same day appointment. My dentist was Dr Safiyah, who listened to everything I had to say and didn't rush me in anyway. She was attentive, considerate and kind. I'm happy to have found both her and her nurse Anna for all future treatments. Also a word of praise for the reception team who arranged my appointment over the phone.

This place is amazing and everyone who works there are so so nice. I went to the dentist today and I had the most wonderful lady called rashida. I have always had the biggest phobia of the dentist and even the smell and sounds set me off with anxiety but I can honestly say I have never felt more at ease. I felt listened too and understood. I will never enjoy the dentist but I can safely say that it will be much easier knowing I have such a fantastic, kind and caring women so thank you so much
